Processing serves reliable and secure website delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website.

The new website is delivered through Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Microsoft may process technically required connection data. The provider for the European region is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.

4. Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide in order to answer your request and follow-up questions.

When you submit the request form, your contact and project details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our Odoo system and emailed to us through Microsoft 365. The request is stored in our system for handling and checking its delivery status. To prevent abuse, we use a short-lived security check and a non-plaintext identifier of your IP address to limit repeated requests. Form entries are not sent to Plausible.

For contractual or pre-contractual enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In other cases it is based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies and audience measurement

We use Plausible Analytics, a service of Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia, for privacy-friendly audience measurement. The statistics help us understand which content is found and used and how visitors reach our website.

The aggregated statistics cover page views, time, referrer or campaign parameters, pages viewed, approximate country, region and city, browser, operating system and device. We also measure selected interactions such as starting the explainer video, opening the contact section and initiating a contact request.

No form entries, names, email addresses, telephone numbers or project details are transmitted to Plausible. Plausible does not use cookies, local storage or persistent identifiers. According to the provider, IP addresses and user agents are not stored; a daily changing identifier is used to count daily visitors and cannot be linked across different days.

Processing serves the needs-based improvement of our website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is a data-minimising, non-personal evaluation of website use. According to the provider, statistics are processed and stored within the European Union. Plausible acts as our processor. Further information is available in the Plausible data policy.

We do not use analytics, marketing or social-media cookies or cross-site advertising profiles.

6. Images, video and external links

Images and videos are delivered directly from this website. Loading a page therefore does not automatically connect to YouTube, Google Maps or social networks.

External websites are opened only when you select a link. Their respective providers are responsible for processing on the destination page.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent for the future and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
