Provision instead of purchase
The project-specific SLD is provided by Batsch.
Technology and operation from a single source
Ch.Batsch Verfahrenstechnik GmbH develops and operates industrial vacuum distillation systems for recovering contaminated solvents. The SLD combines distillation, sensor-based process control and remote monitoring for paint and flushing processes, particularly in the automotive industry. After initial validation, the recovered solvent is returned directly to production in a fully integrated Closed Loop.

Distillation as a Service
Under the operating model, Batsch provides the SLD and assumes responsibility for technical operation, remote monitoring and service. You use the recovery capacity while we remain responsible for the technology.
The project-specific SLD is provided by Batsch.
Batsch operates and remotely monitors the distillation process.
Maintenance, cleaning, spare parts and wear parts are included in the model.
Subject to technical suitability and an individual contractual agreement.
* The achievable value depends on the solvent, contamination and process conditions. ** Current Batsch customer range; each system configuration is engineered for the individual project.
The SLD Distillation System
Following initial validation, the SLD reliably separates contaminants and returns the distillate directly to production. Regular sampling monitors quality, while separate solvent handling between recovery and reuse is eliminated.

Investment and system operation by Batsch

On your site / pay per use
From 15,000 litres of contaminated solvent per month, the system can be installed at your plant under the operating model. Batsch carries the investment in the SLD and assumes technical responsibility for the system.

Installation on-site
Batsch systems operate in international production environments throughout Europe as well as in Mexico and India. Applications range from painting truck axles to luxury vehicle bodies.

Modular installation and system planning
Batsch integrates the system into existing utility, tank and production structures. Modular installation allows distillation capacity to grow with the actual solvent stream.

FAQ
Yes. Direct reuse after initial validation is a prerequisite for Batsch installations. All current Batsch customers return the recovered solvent directly to their production process in a fully integrated Closed Loop.
No. Under the operating model, Batsch provides the system at the customer site and assumes the agreed technical operation and service responsibilities.
