Industrial solvent recycling is the recovery of contaminated solvent so that it can be reused in production after an initial quality validation. Batsch focuses on vacuum distillation for industrial paint and flushing processes, especially in automotive applications.

How does industrial solvent recycling work?

Contaminated solvent enters the distillation system. Under vacuum, its boiling temperature can be reduced. The solvent evaporates, is condensed and collected as distillate; non-volatile contaminants remain as concentrated residue. Batsch first validates the real material and the required reuse quality. In an integrated installation, the distillate is then returned directly to production in a Closed Loop.
